Who are we?
The Czech village – in spanish Pueblo Checo –is located in the northern part of the Dominican Republic near the small town called Cabarete.
We are a group of investors who, after several visits of the Dominican Republic, have fell in love with the beauty of this Caribean island and decided to build a Czech village (PUEBLO CHECO) intended primarily but not only for Czech and Slovak residents so that we can travel to the Dominican Republic with our friends.
Our goal is not just to create another resort or hotel which are rapidly rising in the Dominican Republic, but we would like to show people the true Dominican Republic – not only its beautiful beaches and nature, but also the friendly and loving temperament of local people, their culture and habits.
We are creating the „European community“ in the middle of the Caribbean so people won‘t have to be worried about visiting this beautiful country. We provide to our co-investors and customers many services, so their staying will be without any problems. All of these at affordable prices.
We have been here – in the Dominican Republic for a long time and that is the reason why we are able to provide to our customers the best support and fulfill most of their wishes and expectations.

The popularity of the Dominican Republic in past years have rapidly increased. This caribbean island became interesting destination not only for tourists but also for investors. This fact is the most noticeable in the northern part of the country where, over the past two years, dozens of new hotels, resorts and restaurants have been built and which provide facilities for leisure and sport activities.
Due to the growing interest of investors, the Cabarete and the neighboring – larger city of Sosua – will be interconnected soon by stopping the entire coastline with new buildings.
We have also decided to take our chance and to invest into the new project – Pueblo Checo right in this paradise island. About investing more here.

In winter and summer months (windy season), local conditions are perfect for kiteboarding and windsurfing. During the whole year you can practise surfing, scuba diving and jet ski.
Dominicans are well known to be able to enjoy their life. They love music and they love to dance. Music and dances are undoubtedly an integral part of their daily life.
Every evening you can visit any of many local bars or resutaurants from which you can still hear the rhythms of traditional and modern Latin music. In this way you will enjoy the life as dominicans.
Near the Pueblo Checo you can find well-equipped supermarket, a gym, souvenir shops, a bike rental and much more. We can recommend you to visit a nerby church, which is certainly a great experience even for non-believers.
Dominicans say: “República Dominicana no problemo …” and thats exactlyt the true. Nothing is a problem here in the Dominican Republic and thus you meet almost all of your dreams and wishes here.
